Kitchens Designed or Living. Built With Care.

From complete kitchen transformations to cabinetry and benchtop installation, Naughton Developments helps Perth homeowners create kitchens that work better every day.

Every property is different. We begin by understanding your goals, the existing conditions, and the scope of work, then discuss practical construction considerations, potential approvals, and next steps before work begins.

A successful kitchen renovation starts with how you cook, entertain, and move through the space. We consider the existing layout, storage, preparation areas, appliance locations, lighting, and finishes before finalizing the scope.

Kitchen demolition and preparation; layout changes; cabinetry and cupboards; benchtops and splashbacks; coordinated plumbing and electrical work; flooring and finishes; and structural alterations where required. IKEA and Kaboodle installations can be considered where suitable for the project.

We start by understanding your priorities and inspecting the property. We then clarify the proposed work, identify any trades or specialist assessments required and provide a quotation based on the agreed scope. Construction is coordinated to minimize avoidable surprises.

If your new layout involves removing or altering a wall, visit our Structural Wall Removal page to understand the assessment, engineering, and approval considerations.
